The following is a great vegan pancake recipe. Your ingredients are simple:

- 4 cups of flour
- ½ cups of fruit of your choice
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp custard powder
- 2 cups soy milk

How to Make Your Pancakes

Mix all of your dry ingredients into a bowl. Then add your milk until smooth. Finally, mix in the fruit. Place a small amount of batter onto a greased pan and flip it when you see bubbles rise to the surface.

Easy Vegan Pancakes

Here is an even faster vegan pancake recipe. Simple take a cup of flour, a tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, a dash of salt, a cup of soy milk or rice milk and two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Take these ingredients and mix the dry ones together in a large bowl. When well mixed, add the milk and vegetable oil to make your batter. Make sure this is well blended, and then cook over medium heat.
